• Where is the store based?

  Metro Manila, Philippines

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

  There is a fixed 3.00 USD shipping everywhere else!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship orders every Wednesday/Friday.

  Orders are shippied via standard postal mail, so there wont be tracking available which makes the shipping fee lower and more affordable for everyone.

  Normally, it would take 7-15 business days for it to arrive depending on your post office. It's not definite, due to circumstances there might be delays.

  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. (◠‿◠✿)

• Lost or delayed items during transit?

  Sadly I don’t do any type of refund or product replacement in case of a lost parcel on the mail. I can’t be held responsible for other countries mail systems flaws.

  I'm only a small business, and cant afford this processes at the moment. Hopefully in the future, I could expand and offer this!
